All Intellectual and Property Rights Reserved Internationally

🔹 General Introduction

The intellectual and artistic property rights of the International Federation of Football Academies (IFAF) form the essential legal foundation upon which the federation’s regulatory framework is built. These rights provide official protection for all of the federation’s work, programs, content, innovations, and international championships, in addition to protecting its name, logo, systems, regulations, and current and future activities.

The federation is the exclusive owner of everything related to football academy activities at the international level, including:

Championships – Courses – Licenses – Certificates – Rankings – Workshops – Festivals – Technical programs – Media content – Training materials – Digital applications – Player protection systems – International transfer systems – Global awards – Plans and regulations – Trademarks – Visual identity.

All these elements are considered “internationally protected intellectual properties,” and any attempt to use, imitate, or attribute them to any party without an official authorization is a direct violation of the law.
